It’s the pivotal question that’s saved for the end of every panel: “If you had to do it over again…what?” You’ve thought of it, heard it, or maybe you’ve asked it. Now, in an evening of inspiration and reflection, the She Runs It Young Executive Committee wants to give the question some meaningful consideration by mining the powerful lessons that leaders learn in retrospect. Join us for a night of learning and networking.

Breathe!

A deadline is looming, a staff member just resigned, a client wants a new strategy…now! You take a deep breath, strap on your running shoes and plow through. Everyone gets the attention they need. Except you. As individuals, we must learn to prioritize in order to achieve and maintain self-care. This panel will lead a thoughtful discussion about balance, stress, flexibility and the power of the exhale.

Moderated by: Hannah Karns, Lead Client Partner, VICE Media

Turning Setbacks into Successes!

Some of the best learning opportunities stem from our biggest failures. This fireside chat between two accomplished leaders who have grown alongside each other will reflect on the questions: “How do I deal with setbacks ?”, and “Can I turn losing into winning and reshape failures to accelerate my career path?”

Speakers:

Julia Hammond, Managing Director, Heat
Meg Graeff, Senior Brand Manager, Wells Enterprises/Blue Bunny Brands

She’s a BadAss Boss!

Our final speaker of the night will deliver a keynote to address head-on the question of what she would tell her younger self. As she looks back on her journey to her current role, she will share strategies and lessons, and also discuss where landmines are typically buried.

Jennifer Bell, Chief Marketing Officer and Partner, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants
