Our client is a Creative Content Studio seeking a dynamic and driven sales executive to join the team! This person should have a strong understanding of advertising and marketing. The ideal candidate can work on full lifecycle sales from prospecting and outreach, through presentations and attending networking events and trade shows.

 

What you will do:

– Research client’s marketing and business needs in order to understand their marketing strategies and objectives.

– Generate leads and build relationships with existing and potential customers.

– Surpass weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

– Develop and implement action plans using comprehensive research and adjust sales techniques to win and expand business.

– Understand sales tactics and the ‘art of the pitch’ to identify and close new opportunities to support the revenue growth.

– Identify prospects, manage outreach, pitch services and manage sales cycles to close new business in all service categories.

– Develop proposals, working with internal stakeholders for executive-level presentations.

– Work with internal team to build case studies around new offerings and services.

 

What is required:

– Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience within creative, advertising and/or media agency or production company.

– Proven track record of developing sales strategies, growing new business, and building impactful client relationships.

– Stellar communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

– Technology expertise to navigate a CRM.

– Strong ability to balance persuasion and persistence with professionalism.

– Goal oriented with a proven success rate at levels or above sales quota, preferred

– Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer meetings and events.

 

This is a hybrid role for someone located in the NYC/Northern NJ area.
