The Data Analytics Specialist will be a pioneering role for the 4A’s, helping the organization integrate, develop and derive insight from it’s various and growing data sources and promoting it’s progress towards becoming a more data-driven enterprise.

The role calls for a data analytics professional who is passionate about data design, research and analytics and is resourceful and inventive in it’s management and application. The Data Analytics Specialist can develop conceptual data models, design, build, and test sets for reporting and analytic business intelligence solutions.

The Data Analytics Specialist will report into the EVP, Strategy, Insight & Innovation and work across the organization to manage and analyze data and make actionable recommendations for all internal stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities: 4A’s Internal Analytics & Business Analysis

Provide on-going analytical leadership to practice area leads sourced from: Association Management System (NetFORUM migrating to NIMBLE/Salesforce); Website; PowerBI; Spreadsheets; Learning Management System; Member Satisfaction Surveys; Unstructured reports and text; Work with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, enhance analytic processes and develop new capabilities to increase real-time reporting via digital dashboards; Help in the development of KPIs for the organization; Website Metrics (Engagement, conversion, traffic etc.)


Bachelors’ degree in an IT and/or relevant experience in related field or subject matter. Six years minimum work experience within the Information Technology field with an emphasis on end-user support. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
