Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead on getting contracts in place and establishing supporting processes for all new streaming services
  • Responsible for the ongoing management, development, and growth of data partnerships post integration; maintain master relationships across all partners
  • Work in partnership with Customer Success, Client Services and Sales to align everyone globally on the supporting processes
  • Identifying new partner prospects and manage ongoing relationships, with an emphasis on data providers (e.g. Inscape), onboarding services (appsflyer, adjust), adservers (Extreme Reach) and publisher-facing technologies (experian) DSPs (Mediamath)
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure partnership integrations are scoped properly, completed in a timely fashion, and architected in accordance with our agreement
  • Assist Sales, Product and Marketing in pitching new partnerships and features
  • Manage relationships with integrated data and marketing platforms and periodically QA and troubleshoot the integrated platforms
  • Communicate with data partners regarding platform updates, changes or limitations
  • Proactively seek opportunities to operationalize workflow and simplify and automate where possible

 

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience partnering and scoping integrations for DSPs, 3rd-party data providers, measurement solutions, advertising networks and/or online publishers
  • Technical understanding of data infrastructure and the ability to process and understand technical documentation
  • Great communicator who can digest complicated technical processes and effectively translate to any audience
  • Ability to work independently to initiate and manage relationships
  • You have outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Your empathy in working with people is evident in everything you do
  • The ability to work under pressure in fast-changing company
  • Excellent organization skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
  • A self-starting and hands-on attitude
