ERPA is looking to add a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will take our digital marketing strategy development and execution to the next level. They will be an integral part of the team, work collaboratively, wear multiple hats, and take the initiative to inspire dynamic ideas and execute digital campaigns. They will report to the Marketing Director and work with the Director, marketing colleagues, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to initiate, develop, and execute innovative digital campaigns across a variety of channels and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing our core technologies and tools.
  • Plan digital campaigns including but not limited to managing, updating, and creating new webpages, SEO, display ads, and paid and organic social media.
  • Work with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement a website strategy/plan, then maintain the site.
  • Contribute to page optimization using SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to optimize content.
  • Manage and oversee performance on Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology departments to set digital strategies and goals for the company. Identify opportunities for future digital marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop action provoking email marketing/social campaigns for current and existing products, launches, national and global events and promotions
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with teams, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.
  • Analyze technical problems, determine root causes, and develop remediation strategies for permanent resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • 5-7 years digital marketing experience required.
  • Skilled in Pardot, Salesloft, SalesForce, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn Campaign Builder.
  • Knowledgeable of digital ad campaign best practices across multiple channels including but not limited to Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Experience implementing digital experiences across channels such as web, mobile, chat, email, text, social media, paid and organic media, in-bound and outbound marketing, SEO/SEM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing automation campaign experience.
  • Google Ads Certified
