ISS is growing! We are seeking a creative, savvy, and innovative digital media planner to join ISS Media in our New York City office. If you want to learn, climb, and shine at a company that’s committed to you, then ISS just might be the best move you’ll ever make.

 

Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations in this role, you will support the advertising global sales team in all phases of the digital sales process – including:

  • prospecting of new clients
  • expanding existing clients’ campaigns
  • databases maintenance
  • preparation of digital media plans
  • creation of RFPs
  • monthly billing reconciliation and coordination
  • and post-sale campaign management

 

Occasionally, the Digital Media Planner will interface directly with current and prospective clients to discuss and clarify RFPs, product inventory, confirm orders with sales management and account directors, manage campaign details post-sales, campaign reporting, assist with trouble shooting and provide additional service.

What you bring

  • A desire to be part of an intellectually rich and deadline-driven work environment
  • The ability to work cross-functionally with the sales team to lead the response process for client RFPs
  • Able to collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns successfully transition from proposal to execution
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, creatively use resources to proactively solve problems
  • Aptitude to be a ‘jack of all trades’
  • College degree preferred, BA, BS
  • 2+ years of experience working in advertising; digital/Internet experience is a plus
  • A strong understanding of media math
  • Experience with using GAM, DSM or DFP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint or Google’s G-Suite
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
