The Technical Director will be responsible for: digital product planning & prioritization, writing requirements, supporting configurations, training and communicating features of tech solutions and values both internally and externally to clients. A qualified candidate will be adept at software product management and familiar with methods of leveraging big data to create compelling user experiences, measuring impact, and driving digital platform development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in building MVPs that ensure tight connection to target audiences
  • Work closely with our cross-functional technical, data, media, social, creative, brand, and experience strategy owners to align strategic direction and priorities
  • Ultimately accountable for the performance of the digital products that we build and own
  • Writing product requirements and delivering to the appropriate teams
  • Prioritizing and managing development resources and any applicable partnerships
  • Documenting process flows and diagrams for end-to-end operational processes
  • Work with clients on tech applicability to their specific business type and challenges
  • Performs industry research and manages partner relationships as directed in unison with our engagement strategy, media, and social teams
  • Constantly reviewing potential partnerships that could help us build and accelerate our product offering

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product management, tech strategy or business analyst role
  • Experience building enterprise-wide digital tools for the expansive healthcare market
  • Experience in both patient and physician facing related tech solutions required
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare pharmaceutical landscape with hands on experience
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies a plus
  • Must be willing to work in an agile organic way across multiple stakeholders and teams within our network
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous product innovation along with building out that environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities – must be able to clearly communicate data insights tied to tech solutions to colleagues and partners
  • Must be strong with attention to detail including proven ability to manage simultaneously competing priorities
