You must be comfortable with both electronic and phone communications, working other sales team members, managing sales and marketing tools — including Salesforce.com and Marketo, qualifying prospects and closing deals. Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to your team lead
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects and opportunities Lead the production of one more more weekly sales emails to the active CRM list
  • Help with the production of product sheets, event prospectuses and related sales collateral

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 1 – 3 years’ of B2B (business media, enterprise software or enterprise services) sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills with standard sales tools (i.e., Salesforce, GSuite, Excel, Marketing Automation, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, problem solve independently and prioritize work
