Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitors publisher and buyer activity through a variety of vectors and regular checks of marketplace inventory to ensure inventory delivered continues to align and meet standards.
  • Coordinates investigations and escalations related to Brand Safety and MQ matters, including cases of fraud
  • Communicates updates and manages expectations through internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works cross-functionally to track and report on publisher- and site level-audit results, identifying trends and insights that can be used to develop and improve publisher onboarding guidelines and the overall inventory quality management processes.
  • Develops and updates existing process and documentation to keep MQ current and the company up to date on all industry developments
  • Leans in on vendor systems and relationships to be sure that they are being optimally leveraged and growing relationships.
  • Becomes knowledgeable of all main MQ systems and leverages them within the company. Uses this to interpret data, analyze results, conduct research, and apply statistical techniques systems-wide.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders
  • Creates reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts
  • Owns, manages, and develops internal tools and operational ticketing systems to make best use of time, resources and reports on overall work throughput. 
  • Assists with larger team escalations to see them to completion.

Skills

  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • SQL and BI-tool experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
