The Media Coordinator will manage various third-party media buying, scheduling, reporting across local sales teams. This person is responsible for working with sales teams to plan and then execute media buys including television, out of home, and other forms of advertising not supported by Advance Digital Operations. Working closely with the sales teams to ensure accuracy and performance is critical. Managing invoices and billing with vendors and internal finance teams is also necessary. In addition to managing these media buys, this person will also be expected to make recommendations for media plans and future opportunities. Managing various RFP platforms from state agencies will also be a responsibility for this position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work directly with sales teams and clients to build out strategies involving outside media buys.
  • Coordinate with outside media companies to build and execute media buys and schedules.
  • Build and manage process for working with sales teams and operations for third party media execution.
  • Manage creative assets for outside media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and operations on reporting of outside media campaigns.
  • Explore outside media opportunities and help the strategy team evaluate options for future campaigns.
  • Oversee state RFP platforms and ensure sales teams are aware of and submitting for relevant opportunities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel and Word required.
  • Ability to communicate directly, and as part of a team, with clients to assess and understand marketing needs at both a broad campaign level and with specific attention to creative needs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology, including web-based applications.
  • Understanding of Television, Billboard, and other media advertising is a skill that must be had or quickly learned.
