The Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Technology Laboratory’s (IAB Tech Lab) growing compliance services and membership engagement teams are seeking a full time Project Coordinator. The Coordinator role is charged with supporting membership administration, compliance services processes and operational processes for efficient management of member engagement. The role requires working across multiple teams and stakeholders to coordinate and track successful execution of internal projects. This role also involves assisting with managing the membership and compliance workflow in SalesForce, managing the contract execution (Statements of Work) with auditors/vendors, and assisting with the daily execution of compliance engagements as well as communications with members and non-member customers. This role reports into the Director of Compliance Programs of the IAB Tech Lab and assists in other projects as needed to support operations of the IAB Tech Lab under guidance of Director of Memberships and Events.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and onboarding new members
  • Responding to inbound sales email inquiries
  • Responding to member email inquiries regarding work group participation/updates/changes
  • Managing membership opportunities in SalesForce
  • Creating and reviewing reports to ensure consistent and efficient touchpoints and communications
  • Building potential prospecting lists for new members and Tech Lab services
  • Assisting membership and sales teams with processing of:
    •  Contact information from inbound email inquires
    • Membership agreements
    • Statements of Work (SOW) for compliance- creating and tracking execution both Tech Lab and our vendors
    • Maintain information in SalesForce
  • Assist with managing events
    • Supports team with program management of events, conferences and webinars
    • Inputting attendance/registration/speakers/other event info as needed
    • Day of event help: creating name badges, registration, event email inquiry
  • Supports Daily Execution of Compliance Engagements
    • Testing of technical compliance programs
    • Provide support for onboarding new compliance engagements as needed
    • Develop compliance reports as needed Assist with verifying results from testers and auditors are accurate and pass test cases
    • Provide updates using issue tracking software (JIRA)

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • CRM database processing and sales funnel tracking
  • Excellent at multitasking and extremely well organized.
  • Basic knowledge of project management process
  • Outstanding written communication skills, experience communicating with customers in writing
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, WebEx, Google Docs
