The Role  

  

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day for our corporate partnership clients, event sponsorships, and ticket business with She Runs It. In addition, they are responsible for coordinating sponsorship details and ticket sale activities with an events and marketing coordinator.  

  

Responsibilities  

  • Manage the day-to-day Corporate Alliance Partnership clients and Event Sponsors 
  • Build authentic and meaningful relationships with the current roster of She Runs It clients in order to retain business and ensure renewal agreements from these current partners  
  • Work with the She Runs It events department to confirm they have all sponsorship materials for events to maintain a clear line of communication between the sponsor companies and our Events team from point of sale through execution at the event  
  • Curate Partner Year-in-Review decks two months out from each client’s renewal date and help with presentation needs to prepare clients with all She Runs It Member + Engagement data needed to give them everything necessary to continue moving forward with us into a new partnership year  
  • Schedule and Lead Monthly Updates Calls with each of our Corporate Alliance Partner companies, reporting back to the Business Development Team with any important details/needs given from clients on each meeting, making sure we’re listening to our clients not just for Event Sponsorships, but throughout the year, to keep working on every client partnership so that it’s the strongest it can be; helping them reach their own internal goals through their work with She Runs It 
  • Staff Liaison of the She Runs It Northeast Connected Leaders Committee  

 

  

Qualifications  

  • 6+ years of similar work experience  
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail  
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative  
  • Comfortable in a client-facing capacity  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities  
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment  
  • Excellent communication skills and swift response times  
  • Creative problem-solver  
  • Current on all industry trends
