Qualifications

  • 5+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at an advertising/media agency specializing in strategic planning, digital activation such as programmatic, search and social, and data, technology and analytics 
  • Proven track record of partnering with leadership on Talent needs and planning, developing strategies to execute, and recruiting a variety of levels including junior to senior roles
  • Experience in proactively communicating and managing expectations which results in a high level of client and candidate satisfaction  
  • Experience managing a requisition load and priorities, while delivering high quality, high-touch service to hiring managers and providing an individualized candidate experience 
  • Exceptional interview and selection process management skills, with dedicated focus on creating the best possible candidate experience 
  • Experience proactively promoting roles and the employment brand in the marketplace and across social platforms 
  • Experience negotiating competitive offers, and bringing quality candidates to the company  
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills 
  • Track record of proactively building and nurturing relationships internally, in the industry, and across networks 
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring 
  • Staffing agency experience, a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience 

 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating talent briefing discussions for new roles and across business groups 
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers across the U.S. to understand the business and anticipate and assess staffing needs 
  • Sourcing candidates using technology, social media, and creative recruitment techniques 
  • Developing and executing on plans to generate talent pipeline; building a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future needs 
  • Preparing search status reports and participating in update meetings on active searches   
  • Managing the candidate relationship, experience, and process, from initial screening through final interview and selection 
  • Collaborating with TA team members on best in class techniques, best practices and efficiencies, as well as supporting or filling-in for colleagues as needed
  • Supporting virtual and in-person industry, network and career events as required  
  • Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group, sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types 
  • Proactively networking and establishing effective cross-functional working relationships, including partnering with HR and Finance on compensation/budget approvals
  • Reporting KPI and metrics as required for TA Dashboards and trends
