We are looking for a Team Lead to manage, lead, train, and develop our New York based Account Management team. This is a unique opportunity to influence product development, scale an incredible team, and develop operational structure in the exciting and transforming healthcare space. Our Account Managers own the strategic planning process and the relationship between PulsePoint and our agency partners. Reporting to the VP of Account Management and Client Services, the Team Lead acts as a mentor and resource for the existing AM team while serving as the primary point of contact for the client and internal teams for all items regarding health media and programmatic campaigns.  In addition to being the AM for a select group of clients, you’ll be a mentor, guide, and advisor to Account Management team members. Our ideal candidate is a player-coach — You have a passion for health and a background in digital account management/campaign management (a strong understanding of programmatic buying concepts and strategies for health brands/agencies is key).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as senior most point of support to whom NY AMs can escalate issues, and provide solutions-oriented results
  • Oversee and develop post-sales processes
  • Define, develop and execute on overarching strategy
  • Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign directly with our clients
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service


What you’ll need:

  • Interactive agency or consulting background supporting health and wellness campaigns
  • 1-2 years experience managing/mentoring a team
  • 5-8 years’ experience in a client facing account management or sales planning role developing and managing interactive marketing campaigns and/or digital media buying
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic market with exposure to bid management and campaign management/optimization strategies
  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing and interpreting campaign data to recommend solutions that will provide optimal results for our clients
