Our client is a dynamic boutique agency with top name clients and cutting edge work. They are currently seeking a Director of Strategy to lead strategic services for the agency.
The Director of Strategy will:
- lead a team as a hands-on player coach
- work directly with clients to uncover business goals and build a plan to surpass them
- be able to work across strategy for go-to-market, brand positioning, digital and channel marketing
- be a coach and mentor to junior team, helping them learn and grow
- be highly collaborative in team strategy sessions and working cross functionally within the agency
- work on existing business and RFPs
The Director of Strategy must have:
- 5+ years of experience coming from an agency setting
- experience having managed/led a jr team
- exceptional communication skills and presentation capabilities
- a visionary mindset that can work across channels and bring big ideas and fresh perspective
This is a remote full-time role.
