Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic positioning of Endeavor Streaming’s global sales and product marketing efforts throughout the entire product lifecycle and customer experience. This position will partner closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs and regional market trends, create and deliver impactful sales marketing materials, and develop market positioning and messaging for our platform, services and product enhancements. You will be required to build strong relationships with stakeholders from across the business to understand the differing viewpoints and needs of each to provide strategic inputs in messaging and marketing deliverables.
You will be responsible for crafting value-driven narratives, developing sales collateral, competitive intelligence and thought leadership to support the successful launch and adoption of our platform across our global markets. This role requires building an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and competitive landscapes, ensuring that messaging and materials resonate with prospective and existing clients while supporting the sales team’s objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute and a passion for driving client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and messaging for our streaming platform, products and services
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive platform adoption through compelling positioning and key selling points that differentiate our products and services across our global regions
- Synthesize product information into foundational narratives to deliver clear and concise value propositions for clients
- Create and maintain sales materials including client and company presentations, case studies, product training documents, product roadmap and feature materials, foundational product narratives, competitive analysis, talking points, FAQs, and more
- Own the creation and positioning of awards entries, product-focused website copy, and internal and external newsletters
- Support on product and client related social content and copy
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations and engineering to gather marketplace intelligence and conduct competitive analysis to inform and enhance product roadmap, analyze data and distill insights around streaming media products, and identify and develop short- and long-term strategy
- Be the product and market expert by providing strategic input and contribute on press releases, thought leadership, webinars, speakerships, and other marketing activations
The Ideal Candidate Has
- 6+ years of marketing experience, of which 4+ years are in product and/or sales marketing
- Knowledge of the streaming media ecosystem and emerging technologies
- Experience evaluating products, engaging with clients and analyzing market dynamics to drive product and marketing strategy
- Superb project management skills to manage multiple deliverables and cross-functional stakeholders, while simultaneously and independently driving strategic business outcomes
- Outstanding presentation, writing and communication skills that convey complex technical capabilities in understandable and compelling narratives
- Proven consultative approach to solving problems and addressing new opportunities, prioritizing clients’ needs and delivering on business results
