Our client is currently seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should be well-organized with strong communication skills and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Responsibilities Calendar and travel management supporting for day to day needs and long term projects Aid executive in preparing for meetings and events Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Manage staff and vendors including payments and communications Booking personal appointments and handling tasks/errands as needed Qualifications Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver Ability to be onsite daily with the team in NYC.
