The Challenge Ahead
As our new Research and Analytics Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of blending cutting-edge AI with video innovation, driving our mission to make media interactions more insightful and shoppable. In this role, you will be diving deep into the world of digital marketing, crafting strategies and testing plans to quantify the magic our technology creates and ensuring our marketing efforts hit the mark. You will also be tasked with the management and expansion of our research offerings, and analyzing viewer behavior to optimize marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with client goals. We are seeking a highly analytical professional with expertise in digital media analysis, brand lift studies, and project management to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
What You’ll Do
Conduct cutting edge research and development in computer vision and machine learning, especially in areas of shoppability and attribution
Manage Third Party Partner Costs and overall strategy of operations resources
Conduct detailed attention measurement to understand use habits of our key viewers and tailor our marketing efforts
Oversee the execution and management of Kerv’s proprietary brand lift studies
Develop and maintain internal study protocols and best practices
Create and implement strategies to enhance the value of brand lift studies for high-spending advertisers
Develop customized insights and recommendations based on internal study data
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor degree or above related business analytics and management economics statistics mathematics and or marketing preferred
5+ years of experience with marketing mix modeling digital media analysis business focused analytics advertising effectiveness analysis or other related statistical modeling experience
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs
Understand advertising measurement, attribution and supporting models to optimize our strategy and allocate operations resources effectively
Prepare insights that drive decision-making and support strategic planning
Proficient working knowledge of MSFT PPT, excel & GSuite
