Our agency client is seeking an Integrated Media Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role based in Colorado Springs, CO, relocation available. This role requires 4 days per week onsite
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of agency experience in media planning and buying, with a strong background in analytics, client leadership, and team management. This role will oversee the development and execution of integrated media strategies, managing cross-channel campaigns while leading a team of planners and optimization specialists.
You must have proven experience managing $1M+ campaigns across local, regional, and national levels, along with strong expertise in media planning, buying, and analytics. The ability to act as a strategic, solutions-oriented advisor to clients is essential. Experience across a diverse range of industries, including Finance, QSR, Food & Beverage, Tech, and SaaS, is highly valued.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with experience coaching and mentoring junior talent (2–3 direct reports), as well as working cross-functionally to drive performance and innovation across campaigns and platforms.
This role is ideally suited for someone coming from a mid-sized agency environment.
Salary – 90-125K + Benefits
Schedule – Mon – Thurs Onsite, Friday Remote
