Our client is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing for a full-time role supporting global marketing programs for a leading advanced materials business.
This position is ideal for a marketing leader with 7–10 years of integrated marketing experience who can translate business and brand strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans across traditional and digital channels. You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated campaigns while partnering closely with strategy, creative, media, and client teams.
You will lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and external agency partners to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires experience managing complex, global campaigns across multiple audiences, regions, and market segments while maintaining a cohesive brand strategy.
You must have strong integrated marketing, media planning, and project leadership experience, along with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Experience working with enterprise or B2B brands, agency environments, and performance-driven marketing is highly preferred.
