Our client is seeking a Senior Experiential Designer to join their creative team and lead the development of immersive brand experiences for premium and luxury clients.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in experiential, environmental, or spatial design, including 2+ years in a senior creative role leading large-scale projects. This position will drive the creative process from concept through execution, designing impactful environments, experiential activations, and branded spaces that combine creative vision with technical excellence.
You must have advanced proficiency in Rhino and V-Ray, a strong portfolio showcasing work for luxury or high-end brands, and experience producing renderings, floor plans, technical documentation, and client presentations. Strong collaboration, leadership, and storytelling skills are essential, along with the ability to mentor junior designers and work cross-functionally with strategy, production, and client service teams.
The successful candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting memorable spatial experiences while staying at the forefront of experiential design trends and AI-powered creative workflows.
Salary: 90k – 110k DOE
