Where do you live?
Currently residing in Scottsdale, AZ – but grew up in Chicago, and started my career in Southern California after attending FIDM in Los Angeles
What part of the industry do you work in?
Customer Loyalty – Solution Provider side.
Which member benefit ( attending events, networking, member directory, mentoring program etc. are you looking forward to the most or Why did you join She Runs It?
I’m really excited about the networking opportunities – connecting with other members locally in Arizona and also expanding those connections to other regions. I think it’s a great way to grow both personally and professionally. I also just joined the mentoring program and can’t wait to learn from others’ experiences and insights. I’m looking forward to the guidance it’ll provide as I continue to grow in my career.
What have you taken part in already or signed up to do? ( IE Attended First Event in Detroit in February, attended New Member Meeting in February, attending Best of the Badass Bosses in March, applied for the mentoring program)
I have attended the new members meetings, the Southwest committee meetings monthly, as well as the new mentoring series that just kicked off!

I’m always looking to learn, so I’m excited about any opportunity to hear from others and expand my knowledge. Whether it’s networking, mentoring, or career advice, I find value in it all. That’s what I love most about She Runs It, it brings together all of my career interests in one place, with amazing women in the industry. It’s the perfect community to grow, get inspired, and make meaningful connections. I’m really looking forward to being part of this dynamic network!
Who do you think is someone to watch in the industry?
Maya Mirt is absolutely one to watch, and not just because I’m lucky enough to work alongside her. She truly walks the walk when it comes to integrity, leadership, and lifting others up. Over the years, I’ve seen her champion women in the industry, co-found the Read Between the Minds book club on LinkedIn, host impactful webinars, and mentor with generosity and intention. Her growth has been incredible to witness, and there’s plenty to admire (and learn from) right on her LinkedIn.
What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?
I’m currently working on expanding LoyaltyQuest, TCC Global’s digital loyalty platform, within the CPG space. With a background in CPG, it’s been incredibly energizing to help shape a product that blends consumer behavior, data-driven insights, and engaging brand experiences.
