The She Runs It Foundation (a 501 c3), is on a mission to create more inclusive workplaces and cultures across marketing, media and tech so that women of all ethnicities, perspectives, and backgrounds can achieve their full leadership potential. For the fourth year in a row, She Runs It published the findings of its annual #Inclusive100 study, a report created in partnership with Seramount and based on the Diversity Inclusion Index. The study has been tracking DEI progress across the marketing ecosystem for four years and annually reveals the forward movement or backwards progression of the industry. This session reviewed the data and repeatable, successful, measurable actions were shared by several industry leaders.
