Hello!
I got an alert that my auto-renew wasn’t working over the weekend but I’ve checked my profile and my card wasn’t in the known list of payment forms. I added it again but it won’t let me turn auto-renew back on. Please either email me to confirm that i’m set or call our Operations Coordinator Jacob at 419-575-5359 (jacob.conkle@themixxnyc.com) to confirm as I do not want my membership to expire.
