Describe your career journey.

It’s all about learning what works best for you. There’s no way to tell what type of employer, role or co-worker works best with you unless you try it. You’ve got to navigate the good/bad/ugly to find your fit. I’ve learned I’m best suited in a start-up (not really a fan of “rules”), where there’s a ton of creative freedom and little-to-no restrictions in providing the best solution for your partners.

Gritty. Optimistic.Attentive.

What committees/programs are you involved in with She Runs It?

I’m the Co-Chair for the Leadership Development Committee, and a She Runs It Ambassador.

How has participating as a co-chair on the leadership development committee helped with your own personal and career development?

Making a connection with someone is extremely important to what I do. Relationships are at the core of our business and She Runs It opens up the line of communication with a range of executives.

Name a woman who inspires you and why.

Shelby Saville – damn, that woman is incredible.

She’s the most respected, smartest and well-liked woman in this business.

When faced with any adversity, she takes it on without any reservations – and with a smile.
