In the spirit of Changing the Game, She Runs It will honor women who use their voices, talent and tools to break through the unendurable silence, creating a path for action and change. For focusing the spotlight on gender bias and harassment at two of Ford Motor Company’s plants in Chicago, the 2018 Fearless Voices Award is given to New York Times reporters :
