Providing care to others can be a tremendous source of joy and reward, but it can also produce significant physical and emotional stress. To nurture a community of caregivers, She Runs It is hosting a Networking with Caregivers Luncheon on September 12. Whether you provide care to children, parents, other family members, friends or neighbors, this forum welcomes all to enjoy lunch, network, swap ideas, share coping strategies, and simply be in the presence of others who are dealing with life/work integration challenges similar to your own.
