What made you join She Runs It?
As I continue to progress in my career, being part of a mentorship program has certainly been on my radar. I think it’s important to have genuine connections outside of your workplace to help develop personally and professionally. When my company sent an email about She Runs It and the mentoring program, I instantly knew this would be a great opportunity to be part of a talented group of people that share the same aspirations as me.
What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?
One of my clients is expanding their presence this year and it is always exciting to strategize and work on campaigns that drive performance and hopefully exceed our KPIs.
What are you looking forward to, having joined She Runs It?
I am looking forward to connecting with more people across the LA area. With going into the office still being a little limited, it’s always great to meet other people in the industry!
What have you enjoyed being involved with in the West Coast Committee?
All the people I work with on the committee, everyone is amazing! Recently, I became a Co-Chair of the West Coast Mentoring Committee, which something I am excited to be apart of and help further develop.
Name a person who inspires you and why?
Tracey Schwartz – A former colleague, Tracey always pushes me to be the best version of myself both professionally and personally. As a strong go-getter herself, she has always set an example to push for any goals I want to achieve and to always stand up for what I believe in. Even though we do not currently work together anymore, Tracey made a big impression on me and I Iike to apply some of the learnings from her to different situations at work. When you start your career and have people like Tracey take you under their wing and help you grow, it really is a lifelong bond.
