I am on the Mentoring Program Committee, Leadership Development Committee, and a Mentee.

What advice would you give to fellow She Runs It members to make the most of their membership?

Get involved! I’ve met so many amazing women by attending in-person/hybrid events and participating on several committees. Having moved to a new city with a new job, I am so grateful to have found a built-in community of like-minded, supportive and inspiring individuals within my industry. In addition, I am also enjoying all the valuable insights I am gaining from my Mentor and other Mentees within the program.

What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?

I’m now part of the future growth planning for the agency by participating in 2024 planning and campaign proposals. I’m looking forward to actively building new partnerships and collaborating with the creative team to build out exceptional campaigns!
