What committees/programs are you involved in within She Runs It?

 I am the co-chair alongside my lovely partner in crime Pranati Wadhawan for the Young Executive Committee and have been a mentee for the Mentorship Program multiple times. I highly recommend joining both, I have grown professionally and personally with my involvement.  I am also the Internal Corporate Ambassador for Disney Advertising Sales.

What advice would you give to fellow She Runs It members to make the most of their membership?

Be as active as possible!! Join a committee and attend the events (SRI puts together amazing events). Now that SRI is back with in person events, don’t be scared to attend an event by yourself. The SRI community is a very welcoming one so you will expand your network with some fantastic people.

What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you? 

As we head into Q4, we have exciting content launching across our portfolio that I cannot wait to have my clients partner with – watch as a viewer. I am so happy for football to be back on ESPN, and I am a Bachelor fan, so I will be tuning into the Golden Bachelor – which premieres on September 28. We also just launched an internal initiative called the Disney Advertising Circles Program to provide informal networking opportunities that enable employees across the organization to build new, organic relationships based on personal interests. As a big reader, I am hosting the Ad Sales Book Club and can’t wait to kick that off this month.
