What advice would you give to fellow new members in making the most of their membership? She Runs It is a place to learn, grow and network professionally outside of your organization.

Name a person who inspires you and why? Personally, my Nonna who came to the United States from Europe with two teenagers having to learn a new language and adapt in a new country. She

Never learned to drive but worked for years in a factory, bought a house and was happy with everything she had.  I admire her grace- she dressed up everywhere for key moments for her like

Going to the theater, going on an airplane and just walking down the street. And she bought me my first special coat from Bloomingdales because everyone in NYC needs a nice wool coat!

Professionally, not just one person but everyone around me who helps make me to grow and succeed from my managers to the amazing teams I work with.
