In these conversations, we will explore the feeling of “other” and the words and actions that make people feel like they don’t belong to a community they are part of. This is an open forum and safe space for candid dialogue about what makes a workspace and company culture feel inclusive. You can share your own experiences and thoughts, or you can listen to individuals in the group sharing theirs. Topics will cover responding to micro-aggressions, being seen and heard when feeling invisible, recruiting allies at work, and more. All are welcome. The following networking circles are made up of 20 or less members, please register for the circle that you’d like to be a part of.

 

BIPOC Conversations:

This conversation is for our BIPOC members and the experiences and challenges they have navigating the workplace.  We’ll navigate the meaning behind our experiences in the workplace and how areas of intersection play a role in the experience as well.

Disabled: Courage and Care

This conversation is for members living with disabilities: their journeys and their allies.

Pride and Progress

This conversation is for members who identify as LGBTQ+ and their allies who can show up to support them.
