I currently work in Sales/Commercial Partnerships on the Publisher side.
Which member benefit are you looking forward to the most or why did you join She Runs It?
I am looking forward to networking outside of my existing region and attending events. Detroit is very Automotive heavy, and we have so much to learn from other industries when it comes to great brand marketing.
What have you taken part in already or signed up to do?
After attending an initial recruiting event last month in Detroit, I quickly signed up to be a member. From there I joined the Midwest Leadership Development Committee and volunteered on a sub-comittee planning the first-ever event in Detroit for “Badass Bosses” in July 2025.

Top SRI interests for me are networking, coffee chats and social events and I will ALWAYS take career advice.
What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?
Currently, at Newsweek, I am excited to be contributing to the growth of this legacy brand, into one of the most nimble and modern news organizations. We are not only attracting younger curious minds, we are doing it without sensationalism and fake news. It’s exciting to be a part of the regentrification of sorts.
