Where do you live?

Verona, NJ

What part of the industry do you work in?

I own Noble Talent Group, a recruitment firm which supports talent across Creative, Marketing, Media, Production and Account Services. I built Noble to offer a more affordable and transparent recruitment partner, to support both talent and clients with honesty and integrity.

As a stellar networker and connector, what’s one piece of advice you would give members looking to make connections whether in person or on social networks?

Start small. Especially if you are an introvert, it can be overwhelming, both in person and online. If you go to an event, find one person to connect with. Join a group on LinkedIn and start by commenting on other people’s posts. Find 4 new people each day to connect with on LinkedIn. It may not seem like much, but all of those little things will add up over time.

Describe how being a part of the mentoring committee and mentoring program have been impactful for you?

It’s been a great opportunity to give back. My success so far has been in part of having amazing people who believed in me along the way and helped support my goals and growth. It’s so important to have that network around you. Now more than ever with remote / hybrid environments, where you may not get the mentorship and opportunity to learn and grow in-person at work, to have a network that can inspire you and help share their experience to pave the way for others.

Because of your leadership involvement on a She Runs It committee, you were able to participate recently in the SiriusXM Pass the Mic Series, what are you most excited for people to hear about in the interview?

The shared sentiment between Lisa Bull, Nadia McDowell and myself of the importance of lifting others up, building a network and believing in yourself. I think especially when it comes to believing in ourselves, we often falter. It’s often easier to believe in others than trust ourselves, but that belief in yourself and staying true to yourself is what has helped us succeed and keep moving forward.

What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?

I got into recruitment because I truly love connecting people. And so often I see that as leaders, it can be hard to find those connections – a peer network to lean into for support. So my longtime friend and amazing fellow She Runs It Mentor member Erin Nesbitt and I are launching The Executive Table. And invite only Executive community built to bring together C-Suite and Founder level leaders. It’s a space they can bring questions, start conversations and collaborate. Because it’s so important at every level to have the support and insight of those around you and we want to help create that space and opportunity for connection.
