In less than two weeks She Runs It will be in France for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. More than 19,000 members of the marketing and media industry are expected to converge on the relatively modest town of 74,000 people to network, learn, explore, and get inspired by the world’s most creative marketing content and ideas.
She Runs It attends Cannes at the invitation of our sponsors, who engage us to develop content that reflects their values and supports our cause. The number of sessions we are programming – five in total – speaks volumes about the commitment of our industry to pave the way for more women of every ethnicity, background, and identity to lead at every level of her career in marketing, media, and tech.
On Monday, June 17 we will host Fearless Voices over the lunch hour, sponsored by Warner Bros. Discovery and hosted by IPG Mediabrands at their Villa on the Croisette. At 4 pm on Monday, we will be hosted on the Integral Ad Science Yacht, partnering with them for Lift as You Climb. Tuesday is Women in Commerce: How Females are Influencing the Fastest Growing Ad Sector sponsored by Criteo on their yacht. Then on Wednesday our wildly popular Best of the Badass Bosses is happening at Adweek House from 10:30 to 1 pm, co-sponsored by TransUnion, XR, Samsung Ads, Scripps, PeterMayer, and Mediaocean. Later on Wednesday we return to the Teads yacht to partner with their team for our fifth annual She Runs It. He Gets It. conversation to celebrate male allyship.
