Which member benefit are you looking forward to the most, or why did you join She Runs It?
I joined She Runs It in 2022 after the pandemic because I felt a deep need to re-energize my professional world and reconnect with women who were not only in my industry, but truly shaping it. I was looking for a community that inspired growth, authenticity, and real connection — and that’s exactly what I found. Today, I’m most excited to expand my involvement within the organization in meaningful ways: stepping into mentorship roles, showing up for the diverse in-person and virtual events, and continuing to nurture the beautiful relationships that have blossomed through She Runs It.
What have you taken part in already or signed up to do?
I’ve been actively engaged since joining, but this last year was truly exceptional — from attending local Los Angeles events such as the Night of Network in March and the Lift As You Climb event in September to participating in the 2024 Mentoring Program, where I was paired with my incredible mentor, Donna Bourke. Most recently, I had the honor of speaking on a She Runs It Networking With Notables panel, which was an unforgettable experience and a full-circle moment in my journey with the organization.
Which interests match you best?
Networking, mentorship, and career advice are the areas that align most with my greater purpose, especially being in Sales. They all work in concert with one another, creating a cycle of growth, connection, and shared empowerment. As I continue to evolve in my own career, it’s important for me to pour back into this community just as much as I receive.
What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?
I’m currently focused on expanding my career while watering strategic and relationship-driven connections I’ve built over the years. What excites me most is stepping into a new, elevated chapter with confidence — exploring leadership roles that stretch me, allow me to create meaningful impact, and reflect the refreshed energy I’m bringing into 2026.
