The Inclusion and Diversity Accountability Consortium (IDAC), launched by She Runs It & Diversity Best Practices, is the first and only initiative of its kind, requiring members to participate in the DPB Inclusion Index to measure and track progress against a number of diversity goals. Join a panel of stakeholders during the first IDAC summit as part of Advertising Week to reveal the initial round of results & analysis, & to hear the successful approaches that Consortium companies have adopted to finally move the dial on diversity.
