Start your POSSIBLE experience grounded, energized, and ready for the week ahead at the Movement & Mindset Breakfast hosted by She Runs It. The morning begins with 20 minutes of guided movement led by a Nike Trainer and obé Fitness Strength + Sculpt Instructor, Natalie DeGenova, blending breathwork, mobility, stretching, and optional higher-impact elements. All fitness levels are invited, and workout clothes are optional. Following the movement segment, you’ll hear from brand leaders and wellness advocates who treat well-being as a performance strategy, sharing practical ways to build resilience, protect energy, and sustain focus and momentum throughout the conference and beyond.
