This 60-minute interactive session is a much-needed pause. Designed for women (and men), navigating full lives and big responsibilities, it blends guided reflection with practical strategies to help participants stop feeling pulled in every direction and start making more intentional choices.

Guided by Alicia Dupree, Owner of She Rises Coaching & Consulting and Founder of The Busy Woman’s Blueprint, this session reframes “overwhelmed” not as a personal shortcoming, but as a valuable signal to pay attention to energy, priorities, and boundaries. Through a simple self-assessment and actionable strategies, attendees will identify where they’re overextended and explore small, sustainable shifts that create clarity and momentum.
