The “go or no go” question weighs particularly heavy on working women – a population most impacted by events of the past four years … many of whom leveraged remote and hybrid schedules to achieve something akin to work/life balance. On the other hand, many women fear the out-of-sight, out-of-mind dilemma when they are away from the office. Is there a right and wrong in this debate? Join this discussion as stakeholders explore the strategies and pitfalls of RTO versus working from home versus somewhere in between the two. You’ll get tips on how to determine what’s best for you … and how to negotiate for it.
