Women are good for business…that fact is indisputable. Multiple studies have shown that companies where women are most strongly represented at executive levels are also the companies that perform best in profitability, productivity and workforce engagement. Often the greatest accelerants for women into leadership roles are sponsors who already reside in the C-suite – currently 70% white men – who recognize the value of gender parity at the top. This often results in the formation of Dynamic Duos: women leaders with collaborative male counterparts. In this session, generously sponsored by Teads, three female and male partners-in-success will discuss the superpowers of these teams.
