VIRTUAL EVENT: #Inclusive100: Only What Gets Measured Gets Done
The She Runs It Foundation (a 501 c3), is on a mission to create more inclusive workplaces and cultures across marketing, media and tech so that women of all ethnicities, perspectives, and backgrounds can achieve their full leadership potential. For the fourth year in a row, She Runs It will reveal the findings of its annual #Inclusive100 study, a report created in partnership with Seramount and based on the Diversity Inclusion Index. The study has been tracking DEI progress across the marketing ecosystem for four years and annually reveals the forward movement or backwards progression of the industry. This session will illuminate changes that have occurred in the past year and also spotlight successful and repeatable actions that have helped highly indexed companies create workforces that are as diverse and inclusive as the populations our industry serves. Following the presentation, three Industry leaders will talk about their commitment to DE&I and how they are using their influence and investment power to achieve measurable progress.
