Join fellow mentoring participants, YE committee members, and our workshop facilitator, Chealsea Wierbonski, for an interactive workshop designed to help women show up calm, confident, and impactful in the career moments that matter—such as team meetings, executive conversations, pitches, presentations, panels, and conferences. Rather than focusing only on performance techniques, this session begins with mindset and the nervous system, helping participants quiet the inner critic, regulate nerves, and turn anxiety into grounded presence.

From there, the workshop moves into practical storytelling frameworks and plug-and-play scripts participants can use immediately in real work scenarios, like team offsites and day-to-day meetings.

The result: participants leave with tools to manage nerves, communicate with clarity, and speak up with confidence and presence—no matter who is in the room.
