The relentless transformation of the marketing industry has created a dynamic environment and put a lot of amazing talent into play. As members of our community vacate roles and search for new ones, the She Runs It Ambassadors have created a content series – She Navigates – to support people in transition. Recognizing that a job search can be a daunting and fulltime job, She Runs It is assembling a roster of career coaches and top industry recruiters to share successful tactics for packaging skills and experiences into compelling resumes, narratives and interview techniques. As coaches and content themes are finalized, participants will be invited to select a preferred career coach and recruiter breakout sessions.
