The She Runs It Multicultural Committees proudly present the 9th Annual Multicultural Bootcamp 2021. This year’s event is all about intention, action, and outcomes. Join us during the week of April 19th for a daily dose of information, inspiration, instruction, and networking as we seek to create systemic change and shape corporate cultures that proactively invite people of color to join and succeed in our industry.

Day 1: Monday, April 19

SESSION ONE: Keynote
Passion Plus Perspiration = Progress 

Creating change is not for the faint of heart. Meaningful change requires equal measures of empowerment, activism, intention and hard work. This five-day Bootcamp will kick off with a jolt of passion served up by a national leader who has spent her entire life/career on the front lines of cultural transformation. As we seek to make our industry’s workforce more accurately reflect the US population, this conversation will deliver powerful insights and ideas that will shorten the distance between here and equality.

SESSION TWO: Media Matters
Truly inclusive marketing requires thoughtful attention to where and how a brand shows up as much as what the brand has to say when it reaches a consumer. In this session you will meet women who have been driving transformational change within inclusive and multicultural marketing to help partners /brands build more meaningful connections to diverse audiences. These talented women — many of them firsts in their roles — are stewarding brands while also paving the way for young professionals coming up behind them.
