Women are good for business, and that goes for ad tech … the strengths that women bring to an organization are well documented. In this session, Telaria’s Vice President of Video Product Management Paige Bilins will talk about her journey through engineering into ad tech, the experience of working in an industry where women are outnumbered, and the many reasons why she believes others should consider a role in tech.

Lessons from Leaders is an inspirational breakfast series that features executives who are guiding their teams through the challenges of the unprecedented Covid-19 realities. What does leadership look like in the current climate? How are C-suiters keeping their staffs engaged and inspired? What are the new rules of conducting business as usual when nothing about business is usual?
