She Runs It and our Chicago Multicultural Committee are proud to present our second annual Multicultural Bootcamp, this time as a virtual Bootcamp Week event. Enjoy a four day week of informational sessions, Q&A and networking!

Panel: Relevance is Not a Token

The U.S. population is a rich mosaic of people, 40% of whom are not white and have more than $4 trillion in purchasing power. Every marketing initiative – no matter who it is targeting – needs to engage a more diverse consumer base than ever before. That means every idea, from concept to campaign, must be inclusive, relevant, and authentic to a broad and varied consumer population…simply casting a person of color in an ad is not going to resonate. Through this candid conversation, experts will showcase best practices and share learnings about how to inform and create truly inclusive work.
