VIRTUAL EVENT: Networking Circles: You Are Not Alone

Do you feel like you’re flying solo on your career path? Looking for people in your personal and professional life who can relate to your identity, unique challenges, perspectives, and aspirations? Networking circles provide a safe space and open forum for candid dialogue and expression. You can share your own experiences and thoughts, or just listen and learn from others in the group who share theirs. General topics range from responding to micro-aggressions, to being seen and heard when feeling invisible, to recruiting allies at work, and more. All are welcome. The circles will be intimate and no more than 20 people. Choose a circle you most identify with. Allies are welcome!

Ageism: For those who experience the challenges of ageism in the workplace and want to discuss strategies to address the stigma.
Pride and Progress: For those who identify as LGBTQ+ and their allies who can show up to support them.
Mental Health in the Workplace: As companies make decisions about return to office or work from home, this session is built for those juggling stress, burnout and Zoom fatigue.
