Little Torches/Big Hearts Celebration for Mentoring Participants 

“We’re here for a reason. I believe a bit of the reason is to throw little torches out to lead people through the dark.” These words from Whoopi Goldberg capture the power of mentoring – reflecting light to guide others on their journey. For the past 15 years, She Runs It has managed the marketing industry’s most robust mentoring program, which serves as many as 1,000 people during every 9-month session. Mentoring took on new meaning during Covid, when distance and isolation made personal connections more important than ever. It’s why we expanded our mentoring program in 2020 to include group mentoring and we also invited our new eMembers to be part of the program. To celebrate our mentors and the thousands of little torches they throw into the darkness for each other, She Runs It is hosting an exclusive event that focuses on transformative mentor moments. Hear from mentors and mentees how their allies had an impact on their lives and careers.
