What committees/programs are you involved in within She Runs It?
I’m part of the Midwest Leadership Development Committee and previously participated in the mentoring program. Beyond formal programs, a few of us loved the She Runs It sponsored 2024 Poker Power event and just kept meeting up to play. It’s grown organically, with new faces joining each month, to the point that we decided to name our crew She Runs the Table. It’s been incredible for building genuine friendships and a real support network within the She Runs It community, while also honing my negotiating skills!
What advice would you give to young executive members to make the most of their membership?
Join a committee and take the leap! It can feel intimidating to attend an event on your own, but once you’re part of a committee, you’re much more likely to see familiar faces. I went to that first Poker Power event solo, and it turned out to be the best decision.
What is something you are currently working on personally or professionally that excites you?
One of my primary responsibilities is launching Audience Guarantee at Ampersand, and it’s exciting to see it finally come to market. By unlocking household viewership data, advertisers can run TV schedules across the full market but pay only for impressions that reach their strategic audience, not just proxy age/gender demos. Seeing it come together after incredible cross-team collaboration has been incredibly rewarding.

Curious, Competitive, Candid.
What do the words “She Runs It” mean to you?
To me, She Runs It is about women empowering each other to know our worth and not be afraid to claim our seat at the table. It’s creating spaces where we can show up confidently, support each other, and succeed at the highest levels without apologizing for it.
